How CDM works - Basic eligibility criteria |

The basic criteria that a country has to meet to
be able to develop CDM projects is being a non-annex 1
signatory to the Kyoto Protocol and having established a
designated national authority.
The annex 1 countries
are generally the developed countries. Non-annex 1 countries
are therefore generally the developing countries.
